DISSOLVED OZONE

CWT’s HDO3 Dissolved Ozone Systems provide dissolved ozone on demand, producing ozonated water at flow rates up to 150 gallons per minute (gpm) with up to 7 parts per million (ppm) dissolved ozone. These turnkey, pre-plumbed systems feature highly efficient mass-transfer that gets gaseous ozone into solution where it can be used for many commercial applications.

*All three HDO3 systems offer either stainless steel or powder coated steel construction, integrated dissolved ozone monitor, easy-to-read panel mount instrumentation, adjustable ozone output and CWTs time-tested CD ozone technology fed by 90% pure oxygen.

*HDO3 skid mounted units produce ozone dissolved into water in one "turn-key" package. Dissolved ozone is measured in Parts per Million(ppm) in solution. This saturation level will vary depending on the flow rate of water through the system.
  • HDO3-l produces 3.5 ppm of dissolved ozone @ 7 Gallons per Minute (GPM) flow rate.
  • HDO3-ll produces 3.5 ppm of dissolved ozone @ 16 GPM or 4.5 ppm @ 13 GPM flow rate.
  • HDO3-lll produces 3.5 ppm of dissolved ozone @ 50 GPM or 4.5 ppm @ 30 GPM flow rate.
